Jessica's Plight 2.2.0 - SugarCube Engine and Chapter 2 difficulty

Version 2.2.0 of Jessica's Plight is available for offline download purposes only right now, download the file "Jessicas_Plight_v2_2_0.zip" and the corresponding hint-file "hints_v2_2_0a.pdf".

A testing period will take place where the new version is tested, and if everything is still working as expected, the version will be updated.

Major changes:

1. Switched twine engine from "harlowe" to "sugarcube". Every passage had to be modified to take these changes into account. This was manual work, and there's a possibility that things were done incorrectly in some passages.

2. Added difficulty option for Chapter 2 (Easy/Hard). Default: Easy. Hard is the original experience, which has been a bit frustrating for some users.

3. Can no longer disable the "cheat mode", i.e. the back/forward button in the menu can no longer be hidden.

Minor changes:

3. The "Office Slut" ending is offered to Jessica more often now. (the amount of refusals allowed has been increased)

4. Added Jessica's inner thoughts into Chapter 2.
