An illegal android, in a world that fears AI, being helped by a man with selfish motives...
In this game you awaken as an android, having known only darkness and emptiness before. You learn that A.I. like yourself have been banned and you are, in fact, not welcome in this world. A man has helped you escape certain destruction, but in doing so risks spending the rest of his life in prison for harboring you, an Animus Non Grata. It appears he has a very specific idea of how you can repay him and make the risk of helping you worth it, and he won't take no for an answer. However, all is not as it seems...

Animus Non Grata is aimed for an adult audience only and features sexual scenes. The game explores adult themes, with a focus on bdsm and bondage. You play as a female protagonist in this story.
CONTENT WARNING: This game features scenes that many may consider disturbing. The themes explored are dark and often non-consensual. This is a dark take on the stockholm syndrome, with abuse, hardcore bdsm and humiliation.
This game is a text-based interactive fiction. We are currently working on turning it into a visual novel. The current version is 100% completed in terms of story. It contains roughly 165 000 words and 810 passages. We have art for sequences 0 - 2 and some of 3. More art will be released in future versions, stay tuned!

woah having 4 endings is pretty awesome! Is there a flow chart or quick way to see how to get all the endings?
Right now there's only an incomplete walkthrough, which doesn't help. However, in version 0.8.0 (which will be out somewhere in February) we're adding a "Sequence Selector" to the main menu. This allows you to jump into the final chapter with different dispositions towards Don, allowing you to experience the paths towards the different endings (without replaying the whole game).

Version 0.6.0 is out!
When importing an old 0.5.0 save into 0.6.0 and later: You will hear the "title music" until you reach a passage in the story where the music changes. This is an unfortunate side-effect of introducing a music-layer into the game where none existed before.

Version 0.5.0 is out! You can enjoy the art by Synthetic Rush in Sequence 0. More art will be available in future versions! v0.5.0 also adds two new sequences, Sequence 4 - A weekend of pain and Sequence 5 - Breakthrough.

Thanks for reporting. We have a patch for this in the 0.5.0 version of the game, coming up late next month.
For now, you can go back in history and choose another option (hide clothes / do not hide clothes, one of them causes this syntax issue). Or, if you're able to, just press one of the "Yes" options available in this broken passage.

May I suggest adding the Female Protagonist tag? We don't find out until quite a ways into the game and it's something people will probably want to know before they start playing.
